GROUP FITNESS

Regular group sessions that focus on improving overall fitness and total body strength. Upgrade your boxing skills, enhance your speed, agility and co-ordination, build strength and power. No more than 6 in a class to ensure that you get accurate feedback on each exercise. 

Group sessions take place in Verbier, Le Chable and Volleges. They include indoor and outdoor functional fitness and HIIT sessions. There is also a Parcours, a forest trail run, with bodyweight stations for strength training.

Maximise the effort you put in. Train hard and also learn about smart food choices and intelligent recovery strategies. Regular exercise, informed nutrition and quality sleep are key to sustained weight loss.

Buy a block of 10 or 20 sessions to add nutritional advice, ‘Food & Sleep Diary’ analysis and weekly fitness tracking.

Verbier fitness training included icon 1 session is CHF 20

Verbier fitness training included icon 5 sessions are CHF 90 (to be used within 30 days)

Verbier fitness training included icon 10 sessions are CHF 180* (to be used within 60 days)

Verbier fitness training included icon 20 sessions are CHF 340* (to be used within 90 days)

*include nutritional advice, ‘Food & Sleep Diary’ analysis and weekly fitness tracking
