HOW DOES IT WORK?

Weekly online training sessions
1hr online training session made up of a variety of different intense workouts combined with real time video analysis to ensure that you get accurate feedback on each exercise. Each session is varied, challenging and fun.

Structured fitness programmes
I will send you a different fitness routine every 2 weeks and all you need to do is fit in two 45 minute training sessions per week. Each routine comes with clear video demonstrations for each exercise. New routines are sent by email and become progressively more intense to challenge and improve your fitness, strength and power.

Regular check in calls
30 minute calls every two weeks to provide support, motivation and ensure accountability. We can discuss how your fitness routines are going, modify them if necessary, talk over nutrition plans and develop intelligent recovery strategies.
