GROUP FITNESS
Regular group sessions that focus on improving overall fitness and total body strength. Upgrade your boxing skills, enhance your speed, agility and co-ordination, build strength and power. No more than 6 in a class to ensure that you get accurate feedback on each exercise.
Group sessions take place in Verbier, Le Chable and Volleges. They include indoor and outdoor functional fitness and HIIT sessions. There is also a Parcours, a forest trail run, with bodyweight stations for strength training.
Maximise the effort you put in. Train hard and also learn about smart food choices and intelligent recovery strategies. Regular exercise, informed nutrition and quality sleep are key to sustained weight loss.
A block of 10 or 20 sessions includes Food & Sleep diary analysis and nutritional advice.

1 session is CHF 25
5 sessions are CHF 100 (to be used within 30 days)
10 sessions are CHF 190* (to be used within 60 days)
20 sessions are CHF 360* (to be used within 90 days)
